We're looking for a skilled Roadside Technician to join a leading breakdown assistance provider with over 125 years of history in keeping the UK moving. This role offers the chance to be a vital part of a trusted brand, providing expert support to millions of members.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Begin and end your workday from your own driveway, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Receive your own a leading employer in this sector van, fuel card, tools, and diagnostic kit.
• Focus on providing quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
