The Role

• Ensure high-quality gastroenterological care for all patients.
• Perform advanced endoscopic diagnostics including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and endosonography.
• Conduct comprehensive sonographic diagnostics, including bowel sonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
• Contribute to the strategic expansion of outpatient gastroenterological services.
• Actively mentor and support junior doctors in their training and development.
• Participate in the internal medicine on-call duty roster.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Internal Medicine with a specialization in Gastroenterology.
• Proficiency in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and endosonographic staging and sampling.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic sonography, including bowel sonography.
• A strong commitment to patient care, empathy, and teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Ideally, a subspecialty in Diabetology.
