Lead Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry | Bad Endorf, Germany | On-site We are recruiting for a leading European healthcare provider known for its exceptional patient care and cutting-edge research. This organization is expanding its services by establishing a new, state-of-the-art unit dedicated to child and adolescent psychiatry, and is seeking a visionary leader to shape its future. The Role • Spearhead the structural and conceptual development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Lead and cultivate a newly formed multidisciplinary team within the department. • Oversee and be accountable for the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents, including treatment planning and supervision. • Implement and utilize quality assurance and outcome measurement systems for continuous improvement. • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care. • Contribute to internal training programs and engage in clinical research and national/international conferences.
