The Role • Spearhead the structural and conceptual development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Lead and cultivate a newly formed multidisciplinary team within the department. • Oversee and be accountable for the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents, including treatment planning and supervision. • Implement and utilize quality assurance and outcome measurement systems for continuous improvement. • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care. • Contribute to internal training programs and engage in clinical research and national/international conferences. What You'll Need • Board certification as a specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. • Several years of clinical experience as a senior physician in child and adolescent psychiatry. • Demonstrated ability to actively shape organizational structures and drive development processes. • Proven experience in team leadership and guiding teams through growth phases. • A forward-thinking approach, strong professional expertise, and excellent social competence. • Commitment to responsible work, openness to new developments, and sound judgment.
