Job Description
Lascade is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our products, partnerships, and global business opportunities.
This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships, discovering new opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and launching new business initiatives. You'll work directly with the leadership team to identify new revenue streams, establish strategic relationships, and bring new products and services to market.

What You'll Do
• Identify and onboard new business, affiliate, technology, and commercial partners.
• Research new products, services, and verticals that complement Lascade's existing ecosystem.
• Build relationships with companies around the world and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Discover new monetization opportunities across existing products.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to launch new integrations and services.
• Manage relationships with existing business partners and ensure long-term collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new countries and markets.
• Work closely with the Growth team to maximize business performance and revenue.
• Represent Lascade during meetings, conferences, networking events, and business discussions when required.
• Prepare business proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial reports.
• Continuously look for innovative ways to grow the company and diversify revenue.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Strategic Growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and turn them into successful partnerships.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with digital products, SaaS platforms, technology companies, or startups.
• Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and business leaders.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with international businesses.
• Existing network within the technology, SaaS, travel, fintech, or digital ecosystem.
• Experience launching new products or partnerships.
• Understanding of APIs, digital products, and software platforms.
• Startup experience with high ownership.
