The successful candidate will be a hands-on infrastructure engineer with strong operational support experience within complex enterprise environments. Based on the existing Storage & Wintel Systems Engineer role, the position provides third-line support across Windows, VMware and storage platforms.

Essential Experience

• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Strong VMware vSphere and ESXi administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a third-line support environment.
• Experience implementing and supporting infrastructure change activities.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues across multiple technology domains.
• Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments.
