Production AI Engineer - Enterprise, Secure & Scalable

Westpac Group, Sydney, is seeking hands on AI Engineers to build secure, scalable, production ready AI applications and services. You will work with the Chief AI Innovation Office to implement practical AI capabilities across technology, data, risk, security, product and business teams.

This engineering first role requires strong software fundamentals and experience operationalising AI/ML in a regulated enterprise environment, including RAG, embeddings, vector stores and model evaluation.
