As a Mid-Level Oracle Functional Consultant you will support the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Oracle ERP modules. This role works closely with business users to gather requirements, configure Oracle applications, troubleshoot functional issues, and support ongoing enhancements. Mid?range consultants operate with moderate independence while collaborating with senior consultants and technical teams to deliver stable, scalable Oracle solutions.
Job description
- Generate the execution plan based on the documentation
- Own solution design for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Projects.
- Lead implementation of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, OTL, Recruiting.
- Lead implementations for Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Costing.
- Architect global HR processes and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct workshops with HR Directors and CHRO teams.
- Own security roles, workflows, and approvals.
- Design supply chain workflows and manufacturing processes.
- Drive integrations with WMS, logistics, and 3PL systems.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and cutover planning.
- Configure Oracle ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Support month?end, quarter?end, and year?end processes.
- Participate in testing cycles and data migration activities.
- Work with technical teams on RICEW components.
- Mentor other functional consultants and review functional designs (MD50/BR100).
- Provide production support and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years Oracle ERP experience.
- Hands?on experience with at least one major Oracle suite:
- Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Functional knowledge of one or more modules:
- Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)
- Procurement
- Inventory / SCM
- Order Management
- Projects
- HCM (if applicable)
- Ability to perform module setups, configurations, and functional testing
- Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries for troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of end?to?end business processes
- Ability to create functional documentation and training materials
- Strong communication and problem?solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
- Familiarity with FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, or ADF
- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, interface tables, middleware)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Relevant Oracle certifications (Cloud or EBS)
