Job Description: Designed, Developed & Delivered a state-of-the art Integrated Eligibility System building on existing Deloitte's proprietary NextGen architecture with the enhancements from client requirements. Defining solution/technical architecture and integration approaches for enterprise systems. Designed complex large scale and high available applications with harnessing technologies and quality processes. Involved in Cyber Vulnerability Assessments and consistently upgrading the technical components to ensure the system is not vulnerable to the intruders. Implemented Industry design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Adapter, Observer, Saga, API Gateway, Log aggregation in conjunction with the MVC architecture to enhance code reusability, maintainability, and overall system flexibility. Assessing third party components available on the market which can meet the business requirements and optimize the maintenance costs. Integrated/Implemented Splunk enterprise for large scale engagements, built dashboards capturing SLA's, KPIs and metrics for executive leadership. Designed/Implemented real-time dashboards for business monitoring, performing ad-hoc analysis, and utilizing AI-driven predictive analytics to drive data-driven decision-making using Tableau and Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Integrating Dev Sec Ops into the SDLC phases. Performed independent assessments using architecture measurement methodologies and tools and provided architectural blueprints on the solutions. Designed and architected high-volume components which are scalable with high-performance and high availability of the applications with harnessing technologies and quality processes. Worked on enterprise applications from conception to launch, including defining product requirements, creating technical specifications, and drive development and testing. Implemented Agile methodology for the design/development/implementation of the application and involved in sprint-planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Integration of Enterprise Applications with efficient design patterns with Web Services using SOAP and REST standard practices by using Spring Framework and Spring MVC, ensuring they are designed for scalability and resilience. Designed ESB based solutions using Mule Soft Platform to integrate with multiple third-party partners/vendors. Designed/Developed ORM based solutions using industry products with Hibernate.

 

Education And Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered.
