About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with key decision-makers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Prospect and connect with potential clients across international markets.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Effectively communicate the company's services, value proposition, and commercial offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the senior sales team for closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer engagement and sales success.
- Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with internal teams and external clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in International B2B Sales (mandatory).
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to B2B marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
Work Location & Timings
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift Timing (UK Shift): 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST
