About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with key decision-makers across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients across international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the company's services, value proposition, and commercial offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the senior sales team for closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer engagement and sales success.
  • Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in International B2B Sales (mandatory).
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to build relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

Compensation

  • Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Work Location & Timings

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Working Days: Monday to Friday

  • Shift Timing (UK Shift): 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST
