The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage stock levels, complete necessary reports, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, providing advice and excellent service during customer interactions. • Adapt to diverse daily challenges and make informed decisions for customer satisfaction. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
