Assistant Chief Engineer

Graduate Providence is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to support the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of our historic boutique hotel. This role assists in supervising engineering staff, coordinating preventative maintenance, and ensuring building systems-including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety-operate safely and efficiently. The Assistant Chief Engineer troubleshoots guest room and facility issues, partners with vendors and contractors, maintains logs and compliance records, and upholds Hilton and Graduate brand standards while supporting a safe, welcoming, guest-centric environment.
