The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the leadership role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and manage incoming orders and scheduling. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Mechanic. • Willingness to undergo the required examination for management or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency for administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and with trust and equal collaboration.
