Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing technology, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong expertise in AEP components, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Data Collection (Launch/Tags).
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale customer data and personalization solutions.
• Strong knowledge of XDM schemas, Identity Service, Profile Service, Segmentation, and data governance.
• Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems using APIs.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, data modelling, and cloud-based integrations.
• Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
