Engagement Lead & Solutions Architect

Responsibility:

 - Owns overall project management and execution delivery

 - Owns the solutions architecture across both workstreams  - the Azure APIM governance/gateway platform and the AI risk assessment & governance strategy engagement ensuring the two are designed and delivered as one coherent program

 - Leads and coordinates the full 6-person team resolving cross-workstream dependencies (e.g., gateway controls in WS1 feeding the guardrails/monitoring design in WS2 and vice-versa)

 - Serves as the single client-facing point of delivery contact for client, accountable for stakeholder management, executive updates, and overall engagement credibility

 - Owns commercial delivery: tracks the fixed-fee, milestone-based billing structure per workstream, validates deliverables against defined scope before milestone sign-off, and gates invoicing on client acceptance

 - Takes part in final architecture calls on the multi-model gateway design and ensures it''s built to the same examiner-ready evidence standard the governance workstream.

Required skills:

 - Enterprise AI/cloud program delivery and solutions architecture (Azure cloud, APIM, identity, security)

 - BFSI delivery leadership experience, working fluency in AI governance and banking regulatory context (SR 26-2, NYDFS) to credibly bridge both workstreams

 - Program/commercial management (milestone billing, scope control)

 - Executive stakeholder management
