The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio. • Manage all aspects of business operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure a consistently outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • High motivation to build and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales; career changers are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and working with people. • Minimum of €25,000 to €75,000 in personal capital.
