The Role • Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register and scanner. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures. • Support the Store Manager with employee scheduling, training, and policy compliance. • Manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and displaying products according to planograms. • Ensure financial integrity of the store through accurate cash handling and adherence to security practices. • Assist with store management in the absence of the Store Manager. What You'll Need • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to read and interpret documents, and perform mathematical calculations. • Proficiency in cash register functions and generating reports. • Knowledge of cash handling, security, and safety control policies. • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; retail and supervisory experience is a plus.
