Job Title: IDAM SailPoint Lead / Architect
Location: Texas (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IDAM SailPoint Lead/Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow architecture, implementation, and integration.

  • Design identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications.

  • Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems, and enterprise applications.

  • Implement RBAC, access governance, and security compliance controls.

  • Lead technical teams, troubleshoot complex IAM issues, and collaborate with business and security stakeholders.
