The Role

• Engage in practical phases with a local company, gaining hands-on experience.
• Deepen expertise in one of four specialization areas: Child Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School Contexts.
• Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical school support.
• Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented pedagogical assistance within individual living environments, family life, and upbringing.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Demonstrated qualities of diligence, responsibility, and discretion.
• Empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
• Previous experience in voluntary social work (FSJ, Bundesfreiwilligendienst) or other volunteer activities is advantageous.
