IT Data Engineer (Seqera Platform OR Nextflow)

We are seeking an experienced IT Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark), AWS, and Seqera Platform (Nextflow Tower) to build and maintain scalable cloud-based data platforms and scientific data pipelines.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience
• 3+ years of Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark)
• 2+ years of Seqera Platform (Nextflow Tower) and Nextflow
• Strong experience with AWS (S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda)
• SQL and Python
• Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables (DLT), Unity Catalog
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Terraform or CloudFormation
• ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Lake/Lakehouse architecture
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare is preferred
