Job Description

Automotive Mechatronics Technician / Mechanic (m/f/d) with Branch Management Function | Merseburg, Germany | On-site

We are the leading experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units. We pride ourselves on safety, reliability, and the highest quality standards, making a difference with exceptional dedication.

The Role

  • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
  • Undertake branch management responsibilities, focusing on technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
  • Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
  • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing.
  • Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational trade qualification with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
  • Willingness to undergo the required certification for branch management or already possess the certification.
  • A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
  • Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
  • A pronounced customer and service orientation with strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively in a team, and foster trusting relationships.
