The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Undertake branch management responsibilities, focusing on technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing. • Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational trade qualification with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the required certification for branch management or already possess the certification. • A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills. • Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks. • A pronounced customer and service orientation with strong communication abilities. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively in a team, and foster trusting relationships.
