Sustainability Reporting Lead: Data, Compliance & Impact

MinRes is seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead in Australia to own our sustainability reporting, performance and compliance. You will lead end-to-end reporting, collaborate with executives, and drive data-driven narratives while improving systems and disclosures across the business.

You will manage data, ensure regulatory alignment, and guide a junior team member, delivering credible, practical sustainability outcomes that support stakeholder trust.
