The Role

• Supervise, support, and drive growth for a team of Route Drivers and Route Sales representatives.
• Communicate daily with clientele and upper management.
• Foster a strong service and safety culture, developing employee performance and enhancing client partnerships.
• Utilize strategic and leadership skills for employee selection, development, retention, and customer relationship management.
• Ensure optimal route sales execution and resolve client route service issues.
• Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor daily route assignments to meet company standards and agreements.

What You'll Need

• Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Strong client interaction, communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
