The Role

• Support daily operations in retail environments, including POS systems and goods receipt.
• Assist with the implementation and optimization of shop systems.
• Analyze consumer needs and support market research initiatives.
• Undertake tasks in logistics, warehousing, and purchasing.
• Develop sales strategies and explore new distribution channels.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong mathematical understanding and logical thinking skills.
• Analytical abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good English language skills.
