Description
This role, based in Midtown, NY, involves managing large-scale technical projects and capabilities in a banking environment. 
It requires collaboration with stakeholders throughout the software product lifecycle, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality requirements. 
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong technical background are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery and resource allocation for complex technical projects using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to propose feasible solutions and manage project expectations.
Ensure high-quality product delivery aligned with objectives, regulations, and security policies.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects.
Oversee vendor relations and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Qualifications
Proven experience leading global technology organizations across multiple regions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Deep understanding of financial services environments and risk management.
Track record of delivering complex transformation programs.
Exceptional communication skills and experience developing leadership teams.
