The Role • Independently conduct passenger train journeys, ensuring adherence to regulations and safety standards. • Operate trains within the company's national network, commencing from Berlin. • Maintain reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform preparatory and concluding tasks to guarantee operational readiness. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger communication experience. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge from Berlin is advantageous. • A strong sense of safety and responsibility. • Excellent communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
