About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure specialist senior engineer with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have good experience working in an Azure environment across projects and support.

An interest in training and developing others is essential, with career growth available to progress to a Specialist Architect role.

Role and Responsibilities

The role will require you to execute projects and provide escalation support to other techs. Customer service, technical eagerness, and business tech acumen is a key element of this role. Other elements of the role include:

• Will be part of Solutions/Project Teams
• Will provide escalation to Service desk for L2/3 issues in the platforms specified
• Expected to lead/tech member on projects and ensure delivery on time
• Expected to update all client documentation on project rollout as needed
• Expected to work with solutions team in scoping M365 solutions as required
• Exposure to other MDM solutions used in Business - Mosyle/Jumpcloud (MAC environments)

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Be customer focused and able to multitask and deal with customers of varying IT capability.
• Projects and Solutions experience years in MSP experience mandatory
• Strong M365 Administration and Management (Powershell, 365 Platform, Modern Device Management - Intune/Defender etc)
• A person strong in deployment and configuration of Business Premium & Enterprise Skus - Features of M365
• Strong focus on automation, Autopilot, powershell etc
• MS Azure Platform - VM Management/Config etc - also pricing solutions built in Azure
• Traditional Systems Administration - Windows - AD, Terminal Server, Group Policy etc
• Strong security focus - Conditional Access/Defender/MFA/Secure Score/Identity Management etc
• Full Australian Driver's License and own car
