Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Data Engineer with expertise in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and Dataverse to build and optimize enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, transforming Dynamics 365 data into scalable analytics and reporting solutions using a Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion architecture.

Required Skills:
Prior experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Synapse Link, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
Expertise in Power BI, including dashboards, semantic models, datasets, DAX, and performance optimization.
Strong SQL skills with complex queries, data transformation, validation, and relational data modeling.
Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Knowledge of Bronze, Silver, and Gold (Medallion) Architecture.
Understanding of data governance, lineage, quality, and documentation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, CRM, ERP, or Supply Chain.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or PySpark.
Familiarity with Power Platform and Power Automate.
Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
