Client: Leading Entertainment Provider
Title: Asana Administrator (Procurement Team)
Duration: 06 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion baes on performance)
Note: Open to relocating candidates too.
- We are looking for a Program Operations & Asana Administrator to own the day-to-day operations, data integrity, and continuous improvement of a large-scale Procurement program management system supporting 300+ initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Requirements:
- 5 7+ years of experience in program/project operations, PMO, systems administration, or a related role.
- Hands-on Asana administration experience, including custom fields, automations/rules, portfolios, and reporting.
- Strong experience with data quality, process governance, and operational workflow management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of initiative/project data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience training and supporting stakeholders across regions.
- Proven ability to design, document, and implement repeatable processes.
- Experience with financial tracking, budget validation, stage-gate governance, or similar operational controls is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Asana, including custom fields, rules/automations, portfolios, dashboards, templates, and reporting.
- Own data hygiene and ensure initiative information remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Manage daily hygiene tracking, action lists, issue resolution, and weekly operational stand-ups.
- Design and maintain Asana schemas, workflows, templates, and governance processes.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to migrate, maintain, and validate required initiative data.
- Develop training materials, quick-reference guides, and onboarding sessions for non-technical users.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, AI-enabled workflows, approval flows, and data-quality checks.
