This established architectural practice delivers high-end residential, multi-residential and mixed-use projects across Queensland. Known for its technical excellence, the team is seeking a Senior Architect to lead documentation and project delivery from the Gold Coast office.

Your New Role

As an Architect, you will lead the production of high-quality construction documentation across a variety of residential and multi-residential developments.

You will coordinate consultants, manage technical detailing, support project teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree or relevant qualifications in Architecture
• Around 10+ years' post-graduate experience is desirable
• Strong construction documentation and technical detailing expertise
• Experience across high-end residential, multi-residential and mid to high-rise projects
• ArchiCAD software experience
