Job Description

About the role

As an HSM Senior Developer, you will be a senior technical contributor delivering HSM backed cryptographic solutions. You will work closely with the HSM Technical Lead to implement secure key handling, automation, and integrations using Thales Luna and YubiHSM platforms.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Implementing advanced HSM configurations and security controls.
  • Developing and maintaining HSM automation, including:
    • Key generation, import, export, and wrapping workflows
    • Policy driven key usage enforcement
    • API based integration with PKI and KMS platforms
  • Implementing and validating cryptographic operations using hardware protected keys.
  • Supporting HSM backup, recovery, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Performing peer reviews of HSM configuration and automation.
  • Supporting CI/CD integration for cryptographic services.
  • Providing technical guidance to HSM Analysts.
What we're looking for
  • 4-6+ years' experience in cryptography, PKI, or security engineering roles.
  • 3+ years' hands on experience with HSM platforms (Thales Luna, YubiHSM, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience with PKCS and cryptographic APIs.
  • Solid understanding of FIPS requirements and HSM security models.
  • Ability to deliver complex HSM tasks independently.

  • Current NV2 Security Clearance
Work Location

Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
