The Role
• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams within a defined territory.
• Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Deliver impactful presentations and sales strategies that effectively communicate the company's value.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain a strategic advantage.
• Collaborate with local branches on sales action plans and strategic initiatives, while tracking opportunities in CRM.
What You'll Need
• 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Confidence and skill in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
