Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer with 9–15+ years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using modern technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, system design expertise, and the capability to mentor development teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Design RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure software quality through unit and integration testing.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud services, AI-assisted development tools, and software engineering best practices.

• 9–15+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Python, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, or Django/FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
