The Role • Engage customers with expert advice and create exceptional culinary offerings. • Present fresh products attractively and maintain high standards of quality. • Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of goods. • Independently craft specialty items using proprietary recipes. • Implement creative ideas for sales promotions. • Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene regulations. What You'll Need • Ideally, completed vocational training or prior experience in food retail or gastronomy. • Open to career changers with a background in handling food. • Genuine interest in preparing and processing fresh produce and meats. • Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for the retail sector. • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility. • Willingness to work in a shift model (Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
