The Role • Provide comprehensive care and support for children and adolescents, including essential nursing care, assistance with feeding, hygiene, and mobility. • Monitor vital signs, document observations, and administer medications and injections as prescribed, including pain management. • Assist with medical examinations and treatments, such as X-rays, blood draws, and wound care. • Offer crucial support and guidance to families, informing and advising them on care and treatment protocols. • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers. • Manage emergencies and provide first aid in critical situations, including severe accidents and perioperative care. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Certified Pediatric Nurse. • Specialized qualification in Neonatology or Pediatric Intensive Care. • Experience with ventilation and monitoring technology. • Strong empathy and resilience. • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
