Job Description

This role focuses on providing assessments and recommendations related to technical security controls across various software products and infrastructure technologies. The Sr. Security Risk Analyst will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance the security posture of the organization, particularly in cloud environments. This position offers the chance to lead security framework certification efforts and engage in critical security projects, making a significant impact on the overall security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and gap analyses of security controls across multiple software products and infrastructure technologies.
  • Lead security framework certification efforts to improve the maturity of the security control environment.
  • Design and implement IT security controls specifically for cloud-based enterprise business systems.
  • Assist in vulnerability, risk, and security assessments, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Manage the effectiveness of security tooling and define metrics for the security automation program.
  • Serve as an internal security consultant to ensure systems are designed in accordance with security policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with security frameworks and implementing cyber security controls across a heterogeneous environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and applying risk methodologies.
  • Experience associated with third-party risk assessments.
  • Experience working on applications deployed within Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools.
