The Role • Develop and promote a quality-conscious approach to documentation among all staff. • Implement all relevant quality documents within the scope of the role. • Train and educate staff on quality-related topics concerning care documentation. • Collaborate constructively and build trust with all departments. • Manage care process documentation according to the structural model (creating structured information, care planning, reporting, evaluation). • Actively participate in case discussions related to the structural model and internal quality assurance. What You'll Need • Completed training as a qualified nurse. • Alternatively, other completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing. • Specific knowledge or additional qualification in SiS (Structured Information) or a strong affinity for care documentation. • Proficient in using MS Office. • High level of empathy and a respectful approach to colleagues and residents. • Alignment with core values: trust, initiative, and responsibility.
