Head of Mission-Critical Telecommunications & 24/7 Operations

Triple Zero Victoria in Melbourne seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Telecommunications Systems to lead the Operational Communications and Telephony teams and ensure end-to-end reliability for 24/7 emergency call-taking and dispatch services.

You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to design, implement, and continuously improve mission-critical networks, manage budgets, and govern vendor performance, contracts, and security standards. This is a full-time ongoing role.
