Investment Banking Analyst - Infrastructure M&A - Selby Jennings

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A and financing mandates across the infrastructure and energy landscape.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
• Conduct industry, company and market research to support client engagements.
• Prepare client presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients on live transactions from inception through to completion.

Candidate Profile

• Must have: 2-3 years' of fulltime experience within M&A post internship.
• Must have: Experience at a leading investment bank or boutique - working on live M&A mandates.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Ideally has exposure to Infrastructure, Energy or related industries.
• Outstanding analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated interest in international markets and cross-border transactions.
