Technical Delivery Lead - .NET Core

PubHive is looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead - .NET Core to join our Ahmedabad office.

This role is suitable for an experienced .NET professional who is ready to combine technical leadership with team coordination, delivery ownership, production support and client communication.

You will work closely with product management, developers, QA and support teams to ensure that development activities are properly planned, technical challenges are resolved and client commitments are delivered on schedule.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of software developers.
• Contribute hands-on to development using C#, .NET Core, Web APIs and SQL Server.
• Review technical requirements and translate them into clear development tasks.
• Plan and track sprint activities, priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding and development best practices.
• Support developers in resolving technical blockers and complex application issues.
• Coordinate production support, incident investigation and issue resolution.
• Identify delivery risks early and prepare practical recovery plans.
• Work closely with QA, product and support teams to coordinate releases.
• Communicate technical updates clearly to management and clients.
• Participate in client meetings when technical input or investigation is required.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation and development standards.
• Take proactive ownership of issues through to successful resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core and .NET Core.
• Good experience developing and integrating RESTful Web APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, queries and database design.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based applications.
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating developers.
• Understanding of sprint planning, task estimation and Agile development practices.
• Experience with Git, code reviews and software release processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive and accountable approach to delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting production applications and managing technical escalations.
• Experience communicating with UK, European or US-based clients.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring.
• Experience working in life sciences, healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with application security, performance optimisation and scalable architecture.
