As Technical Product Lead, you'll lead Aurora Energy's customer-facing digital platforms and engineering team, driving the delivery of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience. You'll provide technical leadership across web, mobile and digital platforms, translate business needs into product outcomes, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a reliable, secure and customer-focused digital roadmap.
About YouYou're an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering, digital platforms and product delivery. You combine technical expertise with excellent people leadership skills, thrive in Agile environments, and have a proven ability to influence stakeholders, develop high-performing teams and deliver innovative customer-centric solutions using technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365 and SaaS/PaaS platforms.

The Digital Transformation and Operations Business UnitThis role sits within our Digital Transformation and Operations Business Unit. They are at the forefront of coordinating and executing enterprise strategy, leading our adoption of AI and emerging technologies, partnering with the business to solve complex problems, and keeping Aurora Energy's data and systems secure-and much more.
They partner with stakeholders across Aurora Energy to understand business problems and identify the best way forward. They take a team-based, collaborative, and people-centric approach. Digital Operations is made up of our Digital Engineering, Data & Analytics, Strategic Vendor Management, Cyber Security and Service Delivery teams. Collectively, they ensure all the technology platforms we use in the business, including our systems and reports, are functional, secure, and deliver business value. They also provide hands on support for our portfolio of projects. They are known for being early adopters and champions of new technologies, including AI.
