- Provide first-level support and triage via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Identify, document and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
- Deliver site readiness, progress updates and reporting to support program governance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational and program standards.
- Provide practical operational support drawing on frontline retail experience.
About You
You are an experienced Store Manager with strong operational knowledge and a passion for supporting others through change. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders, and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
You'll also bring:
- Experience leading frontline retail operations.
- Strong understanding of site operations, safety and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confidence navigating systems, processes and operational change.

- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements where appropriate.
- Career development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning.
- Recognition programs that celebrate great work.
