The Role • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and success. • Assist with staff management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding. • Contribute to optimizing sales strategies for a diverse and frequently changing product assortment. • Take ownership of store presentation, including inventory management and visual merchandising adherence. • Collaborate with store management to review performance and discuss future development.
