Finance Business Partner (8b)

Rate: 280 - 300 per day

Location: Southwest - hybrid working - minimum of 3 days per week on site

Contract: 6 months +

Sellick Partnership is proud to be partnering with a key NHS client based in the Southwest, to recruit a Finance Business Partner for an initial 6 month contract.

This is a hybrid role - you would be required on site in the Southwest 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

• Provide strategic financial and business leadership to the Divisional Management Team, promoting a joined-up approach to monitoring income, activity, expenditure, and workforce performance
• Hold overall responsibility for delivering a comprehensive financial management and business partnering service across the Division
• Ensure monthly performance reports are accurate, robust, and provide reliable insight to support informed management decision-making
• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all aspects of the Division's annual financial planning and budgeting process
• Provide constructive challenge to all areas of Divisional performance, identifying opportunities to improve financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and service delivery

Required experience/qualifications:

• CCAB qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
• NHS finance business partnering
• Management/leadership of small teams
