The Role • Actively contribute to the structural and conceptual development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Provide diagnostics and therapy for children and adolescents, developing individualized treatment plans. • Supervise and mentor medical assistants as part of your role. • Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance and outcome measurement systems. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. • Engage in scientific work and present findings at national and international conferences. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents. • A proactive attitude and motivation to help build and shape a new organizational unit. • Strong teamwork, responsibility, engagement, and a self-directed work style. • Excellent communication and social skills, flexibility, and high motivation. • Interest in advancing clinical structures and modern psychiatric care.
