- Providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support
- Leading cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, patch management and endpoint protection
- Managing backups, disaster recovery and system resilience
- Delivering infrastructure improvement projects and upgrades
- Working with third-party IT suppliers and managing hardware procurement
- Supporting ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment
- Producing IT documentation and promoting best practice across the business
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- At least 5 years' experience in IT Infrastructure
- Previous experience in a Senior or Lead IT position
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration skills
- Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID and Intune experience
- Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Firewalls)
- Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering businesses (desirable)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence as travel between sites is required.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have real ownership of the IT environment rather than simply providing support, we'd love to hear from you.
