We are looking for an experienced Senior MEAN Stack Developer / Technical Lead who can combine hands-on development with technical leadership. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions, solve complex technical problems, and mentor the development team.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
* Lead technical design and architecture decisions.
* Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
* Drive code quality, performance, security, and development best practices.
* Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams.
* Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.

Required Skills

* 8+ years of software development experience with strong MEAN Stack expertise.
* Strong experience with Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.
* Experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and security.
* Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
