The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
• Respond to a variety of issues, from flat batteries and tire changes to complex fault finding.
• Serve as a proud ambassador, offering reassurance and confident solutions to members.
• Start and finish your workday from home, demonstrating technical expertise and outstanding member service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving license.
• Ability to think on your feet and make the right decisions for each customer.
