This role is essentially a Managed Services Engagement Manager with strong domain expertise in video/image quality testing and a hands-on leadership style.

Lead a large-scale, 100% onsite Managed Services engagement across California with end-to-end accountability for delivery, team build-out, KPI achievement, reporting, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Video Quality Testing, Image Quality Testing, Streaming Applications, Mobile Devices, Computer Vision, Embedded Systems, and Product Development Testing. Experience working with device labs, sensors, continuous testing, and CI environments is highly desired. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role requiring close engagement with engineers and testers to drive execution and measurable outcomes. The role requires a strong leader who actively partners with technical teams and stakeholders, not someone focused solely on governance and reporting.
