Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting function and provide financial leadership for a growing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements throughout the department.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong accounting professional with extensive NetSuite ERP experience who enjoys improving processes, developing efficient workflows, and partnering with leadership to support business growth.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (Required).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience managing month-end and year-end close.
Experience preparing financial statements and maintaining the general ledger.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
