Project Manager - Roofing Location: Essex (Sites across London & the Home Counties) Salary: Up to £65,000 Are you an experienced roofing professional looking to join a forward-thinking and growing business?

We are working with a well-established roofing contractor based in Essex who are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of predominantly industrial projects across London and the Home Counties. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a key role in delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion.

This is a varied role, working part time in the office, and part time on site - travelling across a number of sites on a weekly basis.

The Role Manage multiple live roofing projects, typically up to £300k in value<br />Plan materials and labour requirements across sites<br />Take full ownership of secured projects, ensuring successful delivery end-to-end<br />Provide regular updates to Directors on programme, cost, and progress<br />Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers<br />Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards<br />Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships<br />Monitor and enforce health &amp; safety compliance across all sites<br />Identify and resolve operational and commercial challenges<br />Oversee project programming and resource allocationAbout You Proven experience in a Project or Contracts Management role within the roofing sector<br />Experience delivering industrial and commercial projects such as schools, care homes, and factories<br />Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously<br />Solid understanding of construction health &amp; safety regulations<br />Knowledge of roofing systems including roof tiles and single-ply flat roof membranesBenefits Company car and fuel card<br />Private healthcare<br />Join a stable and growing business with a strong pipeline of work<br />Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence project delivery<br />Clear progression opportunities within the businessThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project / Contracts Manager to take ownership of a varied project portfolio across London and the Home Counties, with real visibility and progression.
